Shipping Policy

We currently ship all orders using USPS Priority Mail with a flat rate charge of $10.00 for shipping and handling. As our product line grows, this will likely change. If you really need to have the item shipped another way, please contact us and make arrangements to order a different shipping method.

All shipments to a Washington State address will incur an 8.4% state sales tax in addition to shipping charges. This tax will be added automatically by the payment form. If you are a Washington state business and wish to order without the tax, contact us and make arrangements to do so externally to our website.

All shipments from Youngblood Technologies are made FOB ship point. If your not up on accounting lingo, this means that the liability of the shipped products is transferred to the buyer when the products are delivered to the carrier. Youngblood Technologies is not responsible for products after they have been shipped. The buyer/receiver is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Returns Policy

1. All returns must be authorized with an RMA Number. Email sales@youngbloodtech.com for authorization number before shipping back any merchandise. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return in your email request. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason.
2. Returns for any unaffected development board, programmer, tools, and cables permitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. After such time, items will incur a 15% restocking fee. Returns of wrong ordered items are allowed. What is unaffected? If you hooked it to power, you affected it. Because of the nature of the products we deal with (prototyping electronic tools) we cannot allow returns of items that have been programmed, powered up, or otherwise changed post shipment from our warehouse. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if all conditions a, b, & c (see below) are met.
3. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us.
1. All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise 'used' merchandise will not be accepted.
2. All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item. This includes any In-Circuit-Serial-Programming cables. Separate items such as serial cables and metal risers should not be included.
3. With your return, enclose the original receipt or a copy of it. Also include a brief letter of explanation of why the merchandise is being returned and state your request for either a refund or an exchange. Include the authorization number on this letter, and clearly on the outside of the shipping box. No returns will be accepted or credited without following all of the above rules and obtaining prior authorization from Youngblood Technologies.
4. If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons, and email Youngblood Technologies right away.
5. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Pictures are for illustration purposes only. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Please contact us if you have questions about the validity of any claims made or details provided if you feel they may be in error prior to ordering.
